We will discuss the following during your consultation:

1. Shape and color.

2. Technique and Process.

3. Portfolio samples.

4. Medical Forms & Medical Releases and Disclosure Forms completed.

5. Before Procedure Photographs taken.

6. Consultation fee $55.00.

All procedure pricing includes one touchup if completed within 60 days after original procedure

$55.00 consultation fee is non-refundable and can not be applied towards the total cost of a procedure
